Mandry Cabrio started the way most good island stories do. We came to Tenerife as travellers, rented the usual airport-counter car, and spent a week wishing we were driving something else. The roads here — the climb to Teide above the clouds, the Masca serpentine, the coastal sweep at Punta de Teno — deserve more than a tired economy hatchback and a queue at a desk.

So we built the rental company we wanted to find. "Mandry" means journey in Ukrainian; Cabrio is what we believe this island was made for. Today we keep a small fleet of 26 cars we know personally — open-top icons first, plus the SUVs, hybrids and family vans a real trip needs. Every car has been driven by us on the routes we recommend with it.

We never opened a rental counter, and we never will. Your car comes to you — at the airport or your hotel — and one of us stays a WhatsApp message away for your whole stay, in English, Spanish, Ukrainian or Russian. No prepayment, no card to reserve, no small print surprises: the price and the deposit you see on the car page are the price and the deposit you pay.
