Yes. Once your documents are checked and the 100 € prepayment is received, we hold that specific car for your dates. If it becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we offer an equivalent vehicle or return the prepayment in full.

No. It secures specific dates and a specific car, so cancelling or moving the dates means the prepayment is lost and a new booking needs a new prepayment. If we cancel your confirmed booking for reasons other than a breach on your side, you get an equivalent car or the full prepayment back.

Yes: 300, 600 or 1000 €, depending on the car. It equals the insurance excess, so it is the most you can lose in an insured incident. You can leave it as a hold on your card, in cash, by transfer, USDT or an Apple Pay link, and it comes back in full when the car is returned undamaged.

Yes, a credit card is not required. You can pay by bank transfer, in cash, by card terminal, in USDT, via PrivatBank or Monobank, with an Apple Pay link or another method agreed in advance. The deposit can be left as a hold on your card, in cash or by transfer.

Yes, free of charge. The second driver must meet the same age, experience and document requirements. Only drivers named in the signed rental agreement may drive the car.

Full to full. You get the car with a full tank and return it full. If fuel is missing, we charge the cost of the fuel plus a refuelling service fee. Filling the wrong type of fuel is not covered by insurance and is paid in full by the renter.

Early return costs nothing extra but is not refunded: the paid period counts as used. A delay of up to 5 hours may be charged hourly; more than 5 hours counts as an additional rental day.
