Your name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, the rental dates, pick-up and return locations, hotel name and flight number, plus anything you write to us. To confirm a booking we also ask for a photo of the driving licence of every driver. At handover, Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021) requires us to register the driver’s identity and rental details.

No. In line with AEPD guidance, identity is checked visually at handover and no copy of a passport or ID card is stored. The driving licence is needed to prepare the rental agreement and to meet the insurer’s requirements.

Rental registration data is kept for 3 years from the end of the rental, as required by RD 933/2021. Booking requests that never become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Marketing consent data is kept until you withdraw it.
